PF Chang's  hockey is proud to announce that Matt Federico has been signed by Western Michigan University for the 2007-2008 season. Federico played for the PF Chang's U18AAA team for the 2006-2007 inaugural season.

In making the announcement, PF Chang's Hockey Director Jim Johnson stated, "This is an exceptional opportunity for an exceptional young man. This is a great accomplishment for both Matt and the PF Chang's hockey program. we wish Matt much success"

Division I, Western Michigan University will begin its 35th varsity season on Oct. 13 in an exhibition game against the University of Windsor. WMU will face Bowling Green State University in their Central Collegiate Hockey Association opener at home on Nov. 2.
